To Live Life Fully is a concept that few of us think about at work or home. Ric Elias had an opportunity to start thinking about his life when he had a front-row seat on Flight 1549, the plane that crash-landed in the Hudson River in New York in early 2009. Ric survived the crash. Ric was given the gift of a miracle of not dying and to live life fully. He stopped arguing, being right and began to prioritize the things that were important in his life.  Ric choose to be happy.

From this near death experience, Ric learned that he didn’t want to postpone anything in life. He no longer wanted to waste time with the things that did not matter with the people who do matter. The biggest thing that mattered to Ric was being an awesome father.

If you were on Ric’s plane that day, how would you change? What would you get done that you are not getting done now? How would your job change? If this is not your dream job, would you go for a job that you love?  How would you live life fully?
